Monale (At)

In the Municipality of Monale (AT), we oversaw the construction management for this renovation, working alongside the colleagues who developed the architectural design. The project involved the barn of a traditional Piedmontese farmhouse, which was transformed into a home that combines contemporary functionality with rural character.

To enhance the original volume, no intermediate floors were added, leaving the wooden roof structure exposed, making it a defining feature of the interior spaces. At the center of the house, an open mezzanine was introduced, accessible from the internal staircase in the living room, creating a visual dialogue between the different levels and maximizing natural light. The choice of furnishings, curated by our in-house collaborator, highlights the harmonious coexistence of rustic and modern styles, with particular attention to the living area, where traditional elements blend with contemporary details to create warm and evocative spaces.
