Education and training

My name is Andrea Ghidone and I was born in Asti on August 6, 1975. I completed my studies at the Giobert Institute in Asti, earning a diploma as a Surveyor in 1994.

After completing my apprenticeship, I passed the State Professional Examination and registered with the Register of Chartered Surveyors (Albo dei Geometri della Provincia di Asti) of the Province of Asti in 1998.

Early Career

Starting from that year, I began collaborating with a construction company where I gained significant experience, particularly in the design and site supervision of small condominium buildings.
From the very beginning, I focused on architectural design, especially in the renovation of residential and former rural buildings, which today represent the majority of the projects I handle as an Architect.
In these early years, in addition to construction design, I was involved in cadastral practices, from mapping buildings to preparing floor plans and subdivisions.

In 2003, I obtained certification as a Safety Coordinator according to the current Legislative Decree 81/2008.
In order to expand my knowledge in the construction field, I completed a specialization course in Fire Prevention and was subsequently registered in the Register of Qualified Technicians at the Ministry of the Interior in 2005.

From the same year, I have been collaborating with the Asti Court as a Technical Consultant of the Judge. This ongoing experience has been a major opportunity for professional growth, allowing me to specialize not only in the economic valuation of properties but also in the legal and bureaucratic aspects affecting the commercial appeal of buildings. Over the years, I have been able to offer my clients the expertise gained in property evaluation and investigations, especially related to the legal status of properties and real estate due diligence.

Opening of the new Studio

The year 2008 marked a turning point in my career. After purchasing the building that once housed the school of the hamlet where I was born, I renovated it to become what is still my office today.

The opening of an office in a high-traffic area, combined with the decade of experience I had accumulated, provided a significant boost for the growth of my business.

Years following 2008

In a continuous effort to expand my skills, I attended a course to join the Register of Energy Certifiers of the Piedmont Region and, after passing the final exam, I became a Registered Certifier in 2010.

This qualification allows me to certify existing buildings and design renovation or new construction projects with the necessary energy expertise.

The following years saw a continuous growth in terms of workload and quality of assignments. While expanding the range of services offered, I also invested in acquiring tools and technologies to deliver higher quality work to my clients.

Evolution in Architectural Design

The steady increase in workload between 2008 and 2014 enabled me to begin expanding the studio’s team.
From 2014 onwards, the activity increasingly focused on architectural design, both in new constructions and  renovation projects.

To support this professional evolution, I earned a degree in Civil Engineering in 2022 and, after passing the State Examination for professional qualification, I joined the Register of Architects of the Province of Asti in 2024.

The Studio Today

Today, the studio has undergone a further evolution, enhancing an increasingly positive trend that began a decade ago, achieved thanks to the collaboration with foreign professionals and clients who decided to invest in Italy.

Thanks to this approach, we now serve clients across various European and non-European countries and have had the privilege of meeting people from different cultures, united by a shared passion: the love for Italy, and particularly for Piedmont, its history, culture, landscapes, and especially its architecture.
The achievements of our studio, along with UNESCO recognition of the area in which we operate as a World Heritage Site, are our greatest motivation to continuously improve and offer clients services that are increasingly advanced compared to national and international standards.
