Baldichieri (At)

The project involved the construction of a new residential building in the Municipality of Baldichieri, designed to meet contemporary housing needs through a balance of comfort, efficiency, and architectural quality. The intervention consisted of building the home from the ground up, tailored both to its context and to the client’s requirements.

The firm handled the architectural design, interior design, and construction management, overseeing every phase of the building process—from the initial concept to the final execution. Particular attention was dedicated to integrating the building into the surrounding landscape and selecting materials and finishes capable of ensuring durability, comfort, and aesthetic harmony.

The interior spaces were designed to enhance natural light, fluid circulation, and the connection between indoors and outdoors, offering a contemporary interpretation of the residential environment. The design approach was based on principles of sustainability, energy efficiency, and high construction quality, translating the client’s needs into a warm, functional living space.
