Just a few Kilometres from the town of Asti, we followed the external renovation in this stunning location which is also an agricultural company. The new terrace, created above the winery, represents an ideal area for events in the summer season. The pool has been enriched with the construction of the bar, placed in the natural environment using traditional materials. The old winery has been restored and will be used for wine tasting.

As often happens, the renovation of this building as a bed and breakfast was followed in every aspect, from design until completion of the works.
The home had undergone significant changes in an era when it was widely believed that the farming past was something of which to be ashamed and that even rural buildings should be modernized, thereby wiping out their heritage.
The operation was therefore aimed at restoring those architectural characteristics typical of Piedmont to the building, enhancing what was left and inserting characteristic rural architectural elements.

For those who do this job, hospitality structures represent the best way to recover traditional buildings that become a testament to rural construction where during their stay, guests are able to perceive what the building’s original purpose was through the architectural elements. They are often fascinated by a country setting that still distinguishes the area where we operate even today.
The characterizing elements of this renovation are the recovery of a room once used as a stall, turned into a living room with beautiful exposed vaulting, the bedroom with the typical furnishing of a rural home and the hayloft, closed with sunshade masonry reminiscent of the typical design of farmsteads in Piedmont.
